Order process and conclusion of contract

Our offer is non-binding. Your order is a binding offer, which we can accept. After receipt of your order, we will first send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If we accept your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 3 working days after receipt of your order, with which the contract is concluded.

In the online shop, you can take a closer look at articles by clicking on the product name or the product picture. By clicking on the button [Add to shopping cart], you can place the item in the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the [Shopping Cart] link. You can remove the products from the shopping basket by clicking on the [Delete] graphics or change the quantity. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the [Checkout] button on the "Shopping Cart" page. In the further ordering process, enter your customer data and select the payment method. In the last step, you will receive an overview of your order data under "Check" and can check all details. You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or by cancelling the order process and starting again. To complete the purchase, send the order to us by clicking the button [Order with payment obligation].

We save your order and the order data entered. We will send you an order receipt confirmation by e-mail and then an order confirmation with all order data. You also have the option of printing out both the order and the General Terms and Conditions before sending the order to us. Finally, you can access the orders you have placed at any time via your customer account.
