Ich habe diese Tischleuchte ausgesucht (bestellt über Thalia, geliefert von voelkner), weil mir die schlichte industrielle Aufmachung gefiel und es auf dem Markt kaum andere Tischleuchten gibt, die über einen so tollen Schwenkarm verfügen. Leider bin ich beide Male von dem Produkt enttäuscht worden. Das erste Exemplar kam mit einer groben Delle am Standfuß, die auf rohe Gewalteinwirkung schließen lässt. Spannenderweise war die Oberflächenbeschichtung nicht beschädigt. Eventuell ist das also schon früh in der Produktion passiert? Ich habe das Produkt retourniert und mir einen Ersatz bestellt. Das zweite Exemplar ist zwar äußerlich in Ordnung, dafür funktioniert aber die Elektronik nicht. Beide getesteten intakten LED-Leuchtmittel bleiben in der Leuchte an unterschiedlichen Steckdosen und unterschiedlicher Drehung des Steckers dunkel. Das ist eine wirklich schwache Leistung. Für 45-66 Euro erwarte ich ein optisch intaktes und vor allem funktionierendes Produkt. Ich werde keinen dritten Versuch wagen, denn Vertrauen in das Produkt habe ich verloren. Ich möchte MAUL folgende Dinge ans Herz legen: Überprüft bitte eure Produktion und findet heraus, warum dieses Produkt so schlechte Qualität hat. Und wenn es sein muss, stellt die Lampe 30-50 Euro teurer her und wertet das Produkt vielleicht noch etwas auf (Textilkabel, geerdete Fassung, Metall-Kippschalter am Standfuß, richtige Gummierung unter dem Standfuß, Arretierung des Schwenkarms aus Metall und mit Gummi-Unterlegscheibe).
